The month started like most of the previous several months, but took a turn midway with a "Covid Strikes Back" surge and shut downs all over the state. But not shut downs of the ski resorts, nor the casinos just across the border on the other side of town. Tourists kept coming and we went about our routine, staying mostly to ourselves and interacting with a small group of friends outdoors only, and split time between SF and Tahoe.
